"Steam" Stove Back Splash
The client wanted the design to look like steam. It was worked in Italian-made glass tile.
Pegasus Window
Created for a house on Pegasus Street, this front door window measures 20" wide and is double paned to fit the thickness of the door. Installed November 2008.
Pine Creek Highs School mural
The mural is located outside the cafeteria in Pine Creek High School, Colorado Springs, CO. The piece is a gift to the school from the class of 2008. The background is painted and the eagle worked in stained glass mosaic

The eagle's wingspan measures 7 feet.
Courtyard Mural
This courtyard wall was created as a class at Bemis School of Art in May 2008. The mural uses commercial and handmade porcelain and high-fire tiles. Further work will be done on this location in May 2009.
Chinook Trail Elementary School
Installed July 2007, this 6' diameter medallion sits in the center of the school's rotunda. It's constructed of unglazed porcelain (blue and green) and smalti. (Designed by Michele Tate.)
The school is located in the northern part of Colorado Springs. They teach Chinese language, writing and culture as part of their overall curriculum.
Sundial at Chinook Trail Elementary
Installed in August 2007 the 2 globe hemispheres form the dots in a yin-yang symbol incorporated into the sundial plaza at Chinook Trail Elementary. The globes are worked in unglazed porcelain tile, solid and mottled color, and grouted with a corresponding color grout.
Eastern Hemisphere
These 2 medallions are 6' diameter.
Western Hemisphere
These 2 medallions are 6' diameter.
Discovery Canyon Mural
This mural anchors a school courtyard. It encompasses the Big Bang, the Milky Way galaxy, the Earth, and the Phylogenetic Tree. It was constructed between April and July 2006
Globe floor medallion
This is a 4' x 4' floor medallion created for the entry way of a private residence. The tile is unglazed porcelain and four metal tiles to mark the magnetic compass points of the location.The design in a compellation of different maps.
